She is responsible for marketing, quality control, safety aspects, sustainability and IT. Karen has lived in Oman and Dubai for 25 years.

She is reliable, efficient, decisive yet gentle. Based in Beijing, Coco has extensive knowledge of the tour operator and travel agency market and will promote the Gulf region to even more Chinese clients.
